When will I recive my order?

All our orders are prepared in our warehouse within 6 to 12 hours of being placed. Shipping generally takes 24 hours from the time it leaves our facility.

How do I cancel my order?

All orders are processed in 24 hours or less. If you want to edit or cancel your order, you can contact us at info @hollylash.com within 1 hour of placing it to cancel it.

My tracking number does not show any information.

In many cases, the carrier will have delayed tracking updates, approximately 24 hours from the original scan of your shipment. If you have received a tracking number with no movement beyond 48 hours, you can always email us at info @hollylash.com .
